Stop Wondering Why
Emails Go to Spam
Misconfigured email authentication is the most common reason campaigns land in spam instead of the inbox. Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook now require it. Ray monitors your domain so you can fix problems before they cost you opens and revenue.
What Is DMARC?
DMARC is an email authentication standard that tells mailbox providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) how to handle messages that fail verification. Without it, providers guess whether your email is legitimate or spoofed. When they guess wrong, your campaigns end up in spam.
Since 2024, Google and Yahoo require DMARC for anyone sending more than 5,000 emails per day. Microsoft followed in 2025 with the same requirements for Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Live.com. Domains that don't comply face throttling, spam placement, or outright rejection.
Ray monitors your DMARC configuration and processes the reports that providers send back about your email. You see which sending services are authorized, which are failing, and whether your setup meets current requirements.
Built for Email Marketers
The same authentication monitoring that IT teams use, translated into the metrics you care about.
Sending Service Check
See whether your sending services (HubSpot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Brevo, and others) are properly authorized to send email for your domain. One view, all your sending services.
Authentication Monitoring
Ray checks your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records continuously. If something breaks or drifts out of compliance, you know before your next campaign goes out.
Sender Visibility
See every service and IP address sending email as your domain. Find unauthorized senders, forgotten test accounts, and third-party tools your team connected but never configured.
Deliverability Alerts
Get notified when authentication records change, when a sending service starts failing, or when your configuration falls out of compliance. Slack, email, and webhook alerts are included at every tier.
Trend Reporting
Track authentication pass rates over time. See whether that DNS change you made last week actually fixed the problem, or whether failure rates are creeping up before your next send.
Authentication Health Dashboard
Your SPF lookup count, DKIM key strength, DMARC policy, and overall compliance status in one view. No protocol knowledge required.
Gmail, Yahoo & Outlook Sender Requirements
Since February 2024, Google and Yahoo require bulk senders (5,000+ messages/day) to publish a DMARC policy, align SPF and DKIM authentication, and support one-click unsubscribe. In May 2025, Microsoft adopted the same requirements for Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Live.com, rejecting non-compliant messages outright.
Ray checks your domain against these requirements and tells you exactly what's passing, what's failing, and what to fix. No guesswork, no waiting for your open rates to drop to find out something broke.
